LAHORE: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has started verifying transcripts of postgraduates of the Lahore Leads University. “Students who have passed from 2011 to 2014 sessions are permitted to get their transcripts approved and stamped by the HEC,” according to a statement released by varsity’s Managing Director Mian Asad Manzoor Wattoo on Saturday. “For the purpose, we have established one-window operation at the university. The main campus will facilitate students for verification of their transcripts and related documents.” “Moreover, the university has started MPhil admissions to different disciplines, including mathematics, mass communication, political science, psychology, sociology, international relations and others,” the statement added. “Merit and need-based scholarships are also available for students, the statement said. Meanwhile, the university has also started efforts to hold its first convocation.
